A one day course on Kanban implementation, including value stream mapping, stock management principles, Kanban quantity calculations and the visual factory.
 
A modular programme, designed to create new team leaders, or enhance the skills of existing team leaders. Focused as much on 'Soft' skills as well as 'Hard' skills, this course will enable team leaders to deliver continuous improvement through their people, whilst recognising when to adapt styles to suit changing situations.
 
A memorable lean manufacturing simulation using stickle bricks to assemble 4 products. Typically taking around 3 hours and suitable for everyone from shop floor operators to directors alike, this activity will enable trainees to understand what lean, or cellular manufacturing is all about. An electronic simulation which exhibits all the characteristics of an actual machine. The game enables players to monitor and control machine performance, maximising OEE through the development of visual procedures to control planned maintenance, product changeovers, process controls, quality and performance management.
